We had a wonderful weekend at Hotel Kleiner Bodden with a big group. They arranged for us to sit together, and the staff were very friendly throughout. The Bodden lagoon view from the location is unbeatable. Breakfast was superb, and when something ran out at dinner, they quickly brought out another buffet option. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

From May 7th to 10th, 2026, we and our dog had a perfect little break at the "Kleiner Bodden" island hotel. We especially loved the elegant, beautiful grounds in the glorious spring weather. The whole hotel team was so friendly, and both the room and the breakfast and dinner buffets were just right. We'd love to come back, and send our heartfelt thanks.

The beds were really comfortable, the food was plentiful, and having a bathtub instead of a shower was a particular plus. We felt very at home during our short break, and the place is a handy starting point for day trips.

Set in a small village, the hotel is hard to get to without a car. The rooms are spacious and clean, with functional, timeless decor. There's a terrace, and the shared room is very bright, though that also makes it quite hot on warm days.

We had a lovely weekend, with a great price for what we got and a convenient base for visiting lots of sights. It's very quiet here, with not much happening, so it suits you if you want some peace. Dogs are welcome, and you can tell, but although we didn't bring one, it didn't bother us at all. We'd book again and have already recommended it to others.
