Our room was neat and super clean, with everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the receptionist helped us figure out the best route to volksparkstadion. We made it there in an hour.

It felt like home away from home, with a peaceful setting and no disturbance. The staff were friendly and ready to help, especially since I don’t speak or understand Deutsch. If I come back to Hamburg, Germany, I’ll stay here again. Danke ovelgonner hof 😘

The rooms were dated, though clean, and the food was okay. Service was great.
