The people working here were a real bright spot. The hostess and the couple who work there were all very kind and helpful. I've stayed twice: the first time I got the gorgeous master suite, which I'd highly recommend, while the second stay was a bit worse. Breakfast is included with the rooms, and there's Wi-Fi, but check which room you're booking because some don't even have a hairdryer.

Our kids were thrilled with the bunk bed, they thought it was a dream. The hotel and restaurant both feel really cozy, and the owners are kind and accommodating. This was our second stay at Heidigs Hotelchen, and we feel very comfortable here.

The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and they offer light snacks too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. I'll definitely book here again.
