The room we were moved to had three single beds and a shower door that was broken and unusable. I called reception straight away, but nobody answered. It felt like they knew about the mistake and were avoiding dealing with it. We'd booked for two people, with a large double bed, but arrived five minutes after check-in began to find reception unattended. The first room had just one small single bed, so after contacting the hotel we were moved. We're extremely disappointed with the service and the state of the rooms. We won't recommend the hotel or come back.

I stayed for exactly a month, and the staff and cleaning were more than good enough. My room was always clean and aired out, and the heating worked really well during winter. Breakfast is a generous open buffet, and the staff are always there when you ask. A good place to stay any time. I strongly recommend it, and try Burgerland there.

The food was horrible. The salami seems to stain the bread with its color, and they reheat food from the previous day. Disgusting.

The rooms, food, and cleanliness were all great. It’s hard to put such a lovely atmosphere into words. Many thanks to Emin Bey and his team for making it feel like a family setting. Wishing you all the best. Ebru Akbaş

The rooms were very clean, with all new furniture, and breakfast was more than enough. A very nice hotel with a perfect restaurant.
