The owners were incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to deal with. We spent Christmas week in a lovely attic apartment that had everything we needed without any unnecessary frills. It’s a perfect location for exploring the Lake Chiemsee area. We’d love to come back. 😊

We’d be very happy to come back, and highly recommend this rental. We were lucky to find it through Booking.com: the apartment is in a fantastic location, with plenty of space and great amenities for four people. The owners were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and wonderful hosts.

The Wennesz couple were so warm, and the apartment is almost directly beside the most beautiful beach on Lake Chiemsee. We felt very comfortable there, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We’ll definitely be back!

The Wennesz family were always available when we had questions and gave us great tips. Their extremely friendly manner really stood out. They even let us store our subwoofer in the garage. We stayed as four people in apartment 2 on the second floor, and it was spacious, very clean, and extremely well-maintained. We felt at home right away, especially after being welcomed with homemade cake! The balcony looks out over the beautiful garden and mountains, and the apartment has Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher, and more. The lake is just a few minutes away on foot. We enjoyed it so much that we planned to return in summer 2023!

This was our second visit with the Wennesz family, and we’d definitely like to spend another summer vacation there. We came as a family with two children, ages 10 and 12, and had a wonderful time. The family are very accommodating and helpful, and the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. It’s also very close to the lake. We highly recommend this vacation rental. Sincerely, the Kral family.
