Poor business practices all around. They advertise misleadingly, stop responding to messages, and won't refund the money.

The view was lovely and the bathroom clean, but the furniture in the room was very worn and should be replaced. I only stayed half a day, so I can't really say anything about the service.

The staff were really friendly, but the room was tiny and dated, and the wellness area was out of service. It felt like medieval conditions at today's luxury prices, especially for what you get. The hotel has seen better days and badly needs renovation. We also got no room service for three days. I'd give it minus five stars.

TJ at the front desk was so helpful, thank you. You're a real asset to the company, and I hope the owner recognizes that. We had a balcony facing the Mosel, and the room worked fine for a few days. The rooms are old, which shows in the rates compared with many places in Cochem, though this place at least wasn't overpriced like much of the rest of town. The location is incredible.

The staff were rude, and the service at the restaurant was really poor. Their unpleasant behavior showed no sense of how to treat customers. I won't be going back.
