A horrible experience. The check-in machine failed and left us stuck at midnight. There was no reception, nobody reachable by phone, and the website was down. After half an hour we had to find another hotel. Our booking had been confirmed through an agency, but they couldn’t get through to the hotel either.

Clean, quiet rooms and good parking, but the receptionist was the real highlight. Highly recommend.

The staff are marvelous, from the manager down. I’ll come back later and add the names of the great people who work here!

The place matched what was advertised and was surprisingly quiet, though a bit far from the city centre. There was just one towel for two guests, but they gave me another when I asked, so it was all good.
