The reception team made the stay feel special, especially Shahin. Everyone was warm, professional, and ready to help, from check-in through check-out. B-Chill Cologne was clean and comfortable, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a handy location for exploring the city. Everything felt well organized. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cologne.

We had a really good three-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom, shower, and bed were all clean and great. Breakfast cost 22 euros and was very good, with fresh coffee and croissants. We enjoyed it here and will definitely come back.

Free coffee is available all day, which was nice. The place was very clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location. Elvis and Shahim were polite and friendly. I’d strongly recommend staying here, 10/10.

We walked everywhere during our stay, including to the Christmas market, which was easy to reach from this convenient location. The room and bedding were clean, and there are shops and attractions nearby. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and luggage storage was available. We had a lovely stay.
