Getting around was easy, since the hotel is right in the city centre and very close to the main station. But the room smelled unpleasant and the bathroom wasn't clean. The entrance area also felt a little unwelcoming. It's manageable for a short stay, but I think a longer visit would be uncomfortable. The doors aren't soundproof, so you can clearly hear neighbors going into their rooms, which can feel unsettling.

I waited outside for hours and never managed to stay at the property. Although check-in was at 15:00, the access code arrived more than an hour later. By then, I had been forced to book another hotel because I had no way in. They still tried to charge me almost the full amount and blamed me for their communication failure. This fully digital property requires an access code. They asked me to email photos of both sides of my ID to a private external email address, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Even after I sent it, they didn't respond to my emails, messages in the Booking.com chat, or phone calls. I'd warn future guests: you might be asked to send sensitive documents by email and get no help when you need it, leaving you outside without access while still being charged. Very poor service and customer handling.

They can leave you stuck outside without an access code, then blame you. When you need help, they don't answer calls or messages. The staff are unresponsive and unhelpful. It feels like they care about getting your money, not your comfort or safety. I strongly warn others to avoid this place.

I WAS HERE TWO NIGHTS AND THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, BUT THERE WAS NO RECEPTION STAFF AND THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ENTRY CODES. WORST OF ALL, I ENDED UP WITH A RIDICULOUS NUMBER OF BED BUG BITES ALL OVER! DO NOT STAY HERE!

If you're after a fairly priced place just to sleep, this is ideal. I booked for two nights, but if I'd known it was only good for sleeping, I wouldn't have booked it.
