The staff were very nice and quick to respond, and they helped fix an error with my original booking dates even though they didn't have to. They also processed our refund promptly. That really saved my review. We stayed two nights in the Eigelstein one bedroom apartment. The bathroom ceiling had black mold, the water smelled, the faucet was loose, and noisy doors need oiling, which wasn't good when we were trying to keep things quiet for the kids. We couldn't raise a Rollladen, so there was even less air moving through. It was over 90 degrees that first day, and they didn't have a fan for us the first night. We're used to no AC, but not no fans, and that was rough for our two- and three-year-olds. They got us a fan for the second night. We weren't in the apartment much, but it was just okay. I'd consider staying with them again, but definitely not in the same unit.

I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to collect a key. I also left an iPhone charging cable in the room. I called six times over two days, and each time I was told to call back tomorrow. The service was horrible. I don't think finding one iPhone charging cable should be difficult in an apartment with only a few rooms. I won't stay here again.

Don't book here. They charged my credit card several times after checkout without explaining why or getting authorization. I discovered it too late, and there was no way to protect myself. Choose another, more trustworthy hotel.

The reception staff were arrogant and disrespectful. The apartments shown on their website had prices for options they didn't actually offer. When I asked about them, they were unpleasant and unfair to a customer simply asking for a service they advertise and would pay for. I can't recommend this place at all. Avoid it.

This didn't feel like a real hotel, as there was no reception. We paid 80 euros for a bed we never even used. I'd put in my reservation that we'd arrive at 11:00 pm, but the reception was in a closed store. There was a phone number left there, and nobody answered. It felt like a bad Airbnb. I called the hotel the next day and was told someone would get back to me. A week later I called again and got the same answer. Two weeks later, I received an email blaming me and saying there would be no refund or discount on a future stay.
