The kitchen appliances, including the fridge and induction plates, didn’t work, and the shower holder was broken. The wifi was down too. The place had been cleaned before we arrived, but some things, like the electrical outlets, were really dirty. There were nails in the floor that could hurt your bare feet.

For more than £180 for two nights, I didn’t think towels and bedding were too much to expect. There were no bath towels, and they hadn’t set up the second bed, so we had to do it ourselves when we arrived. When I asked about the bed, towels and location, they were extremely rude and said they didn’t even have to provide bedding, so they’d come collect it. They also called me a blackmailer when I complained after the stay, mainly about the location. They advertise an address in the city centre, then send a different one hours before check-in that’s over an hour away. The apartment was extremely [description missing in source]. The whole experience was awful, from the apartment to the customer service. Both were dire. Do not book.

The owner kept ignoring my messages and questions during the stay, then didn’t return my full deposit or explain why, even though I left the home clean and intact. When I found the freezer wasn’t working and messaged him, he said I’d broken it and had to pay. He was rude and arrogant, and seemed intent on emptying my pocket. This was the worst experience I’ve had. Avoid any of his accommodations if you don’t want to be disrespected.

The owner was super rude and impolite, and the place felt like hell. The photos are fake. Worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life. Please do yourself a favor and avoid it.
