It was just okay. I was in Cologne for work and couldn’t get a receipt for the stay. They didn’t reply to several emails, and after several calls I felt they lied to me. In the end, I had to pay for it myself because I never got the money back from my company. Poor.

My mother lives in one of the apartments, and it’s comfortable and cozy, with a little terrace and garden. The rent is reasonable for such a quiet spot. The bus and line 1 train are only a minute away, and Merheimer Heide is around 10 minutes away. There are shops nearby too.

I’m from Cologne and haven’t lived there myself. I’ve seen many complaints about cleanliness, which doesn’t surprise me. I have a similar apartment across the street, and the sometimes very strange clientele here makes it seem understandable. Renting this apartment out like a hotel room on a rotating basis is very disruptive for the neighborhood.
