We stayed two nights as a family in the family room. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, and the service was good. There are plenty of shops nearby and a station close by, so reaching the city centre by train was easy, even though the neighborhood itself isn't touristy. The room faced the pavement, and at night we could hear drunk people passing or smell cigarette smoke. With the window shut it wasn't too bad, but that could be an issue on a hot day.

It's an easy walk to the city's main sights, with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and tram stops just a few meters away. Best location in Cologne, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I was happy with my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice, and the staff were friendly. The shower felt a little small and weak, and the towels seemed due for replacement.

The room was spacious and spotless, especially the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful, and spoke English perfectly.

The A/C and location were good, and the balcony view was nice. But there was a direct view between my balcony and the neighbors' bed. Fortunately, they didn't use their balcony. Some parts of the room were very dirty and set off my dust allergy, and there were flies all over the breakfast buffet. The water never got properly cold, only a little below room temperature. The physical room keys were awkward to carry and made a lot of noise when locking and unlocking the door. I arrived 45 minutes before official check-in, so fair enough, but the receptionist spent about ten minutes trying to work out whether the room was ready and then had to check in person.
