The hotel hasn’t been fully built yet. The rooms and hallways are still under construction.

Everything had bedbugs. After I reported the infestation, the exterminator took 14 days to arrive.

We were on the 5th floor and went a week without heating. The window wouldn’t close, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Staff spoke little to no German. The manager was nice at first, then turned completely unfriendly for reasons I still don’t understand. The other hotel guests seemed shady. The location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

I stayed for a week and had a great time. It’s a clean, well-maintained hotel with very helpful staff, in the heart of the Mülheim neighborhood. Shops, Italian restaurants, and Himbiss places for excellent kebabs are nearby. Breakfast is available in European or Italian style.

The place is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The older building shows in the windows and heating, but the furniture is practical and well-kept. The bed is comfortable and nice to lie in. There are plenty of power outlets and a modern flat-screen TV, plus a great new showerhead. The bathroom has separate hot and cold faucets instead of mixer taps, and they’re spotless.
