Hotel Leonet

The breakfast was a disaster: most items were gone and never replenished, there weren’t even eggs, and the milk was lukewarm in a mug on the table. The staff’s behavior was the most upsetting part. Although breakfast ends at 10:30 am, they were hostile and aggressive when telling us to leave, using foul language and speaking incredibly rudely. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by hotel employees. The hygiene was just as bad. There was visible mold in the room and shower, and deep stains covered the hallway carpets. The whole place felt neglected. The filth and shocking lack of professionalism made for a terrible stay at the Leonet Hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere. It’s poorly maintained, and the service is below any acceptable standard.

The photos don’t accurately represent the rooms, and sound insulation is very poor, you can hear everything. I had problems in two different rooms. The first had visible mold in the shower and a strong mildew smell. After I complained, they moved me, but that room had serious issues too: the toilet kept flushing, and the flush button cover fell off completely when pressed. Both rooms smelled musty. This seems to be a property-wide maintenance and cleanliness problem, not a one-off. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel Leonet was a huge disappointment and not worth a single cent. This was by far the worst accommodation of our whole trip, and I strongly advise others to stay somewhere else. The breakfast was poor, with very limited choice and low-quality food. From arrival onward, the service was bad. Staff were unhelpful and showed no basic courtesy. The elevator was broken, and nobody offered help, a huge inconvenience with luggage or elderly companions. The room was unacceptably dirty: the toilet had obvious stains left uncleaned, which was disgusting. Worse, the shower didn’t work at all. We had to wash using a small stream of water from the tap, completely impractical, especially for older guests. This hotel didn’t meet even basic standards of hygiene or comfort. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The elevator is always out of service. Apparently a custodian is either using it or holding it. Whenever we need it, especially at the best possible time during check-in or check-out, it fails!
