The breakfast is good, and the hours are especially handy: 6:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to noon on weekends and holidays. Staff are friendly and available around the clock. The hotel is close to Köln Hbf and the U-bahn. The room was fine, nothing special. The mini fridge has drinks and food, but they’re pretty expensive. The small bottles of water are free and get refilled, which is nice.

Hotel Santo is about a 10-minute walk from Cologne train station and the Rhein, with a REWE supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Breakfast runs until noon, which was a big plus for me. I stayed for two days as a wheelchair user and was impressed by the accessibility: the rooms were spacious enough and the doors weren’t too heavy to push. Hannah warmly welcomed me on my first day and made sure my needs were taken care of. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. I’d suggest having a kettle in the room for tea, but otherwise I was very happy with my stay and would recommend it. Big thanks to the Hotel Santo team!

The breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from, and both parking garages are conveniently close. We found the rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d say this is one of the best hotels in Köln.

Mr Cemal was especially kind and took great care of us. We stayed one night at Hotel Santo and had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and they even let us leave our bags for a few hours after checkout. The room was a decent size and set up to meet our needs. Breakfast was good, and the service and room quality were extraordinary for the price. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Köln.

The breakfast was really nice, and the hotel is near the train station, about 10 minutes away, and the cathedral. Our room had a few issues: the bathroom tap sprayed the mirror, and the shower pressure wasn’t great. We only used the room as a base. It could have been cooler, but reception controlled the temperature, so we had to leave the window open, which made mornings noisy.
