Getting around was easy thanks to the central location and convenient transport. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable to stay in, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

6/10
It's cheaper than hotels in the centre and in a fantastic spot, right by the exit of Köln/Deutz train station, in a quiet area. We were able to check in before the official time, and the staff were helpful. There's also a seemingly popular kebap restaurant next door. The room carpet was very dusty, which could cause allergic reactions for people with airway problems. The bathroom wasn't new, and the shower cabin was so fragile and old that it came apart in two pieces when touched. There were no slippers in the room, and reception didn't have any either.

The rooms were large, housekeeping was proactive, and the front desk staff were polite. Public transport was nearby too. But the lift was out of order for all three days, nobody helped carry bags up to the third floor, the internet connection was poor, and there weren't proper fans available during peak summer.

I was there for a Tony Robbins convention. It was really good.

This place smells bad and costs too much. My single room was tiny, yet it was €120 without breakfast, and the pillows weren't clean.
