The apartment has good facilities, and communication was easy. It’s near the city centre without being right in the middle of it. You can hear the nearby street from the room, though, and I imagine that could get loud in summer.

Getting into the apartment by phone or WhatsApp was straightforward. It’s a great place, and the city centre is really close.

It gets really hot, and the place is falling apart.

I stayed in Apartment 1 in the Smart Tower. It’s spacious and has a kitchenette with good equipment, and the central location is why I gave it two stars. The condition is poor, though: the shower drain smells very strongly, wallpaper is coming away from the ceiling, the kitchen counter is chipped, and there are holes in the radiator covers.

The host was great at communicating and sent all the information we needed. The place was comfortable for a few days and good value, with a fantastic view and a great location. There were a couple of flaws, like a slight bathroom smell and a toilet seat that needs replacing, but overall we were happy there.
