The night team handled a noise problem from other guests quickly after I told reception. That kind of response matters when you’re trying to get a proper night’s rest, and I appreciated how responsibly they dealt with it. The aparthotel had a pleasant feel, and the room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for the professional service.

The room was compact, as is common in Europe, but it still had separate sleeping spaces for four and a kitchen. Everything was very clean. Staff were friendly and spoke several languages, and there was a coffee, tea, and water machine in the lobby, with breakfast available for an extra charge. A supermarket was three minutes away, shops were five minutes away, and the cathedral was a 20-minute walk. Great accommodation, and I’d stay again.

I had a really good stay. The hotel is close to the bahnhof, and the rooms look great and were clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and helpful too. My only small thing is that the room felt a bit dark, though that seems to be the hotel’s ambience.

Our room was new and clean, just like the pictures, with four twin beds. The bathroom had a shower and looked like new. For parking, press the button to enter the gated Mercure Hotel lot, then pay at their reception. The building entrance is just behind it, and its reception is on the fourth floor.

There’s inexpensive paid street parking, available from 9-18. The apartment was spacious and clean, and about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. We stayed as two adults with two teenagers and had plenty of room. I’d recommend this apartment-hotel for a visit to Köln.
