The Schmidt family have clearly put a lot of care into this holiday apartment, and they were attentive and always helpful. We came as three families with a 20-month-old toddler, and were absolutely thrilled. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, and felt welcoming right away, not old or worn out. There’s a separate children’s room in the attic with Duplo, books, toys, and more, plus a high-quality highchair and excellent children’s beds. We’ve never stayed in such a wonderful place. We wholeheartedly recommend it and will certainly visit again. It’s a shame we can only give five stars!

The huge balcony in holiday apartment 2 was a highlight. We could enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 and watch the ships and the bustle of little Cochem. The holiday apartment has lovely, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful details, with breathtaking views of the Reichsburg Castle and the Moselle River. Mrs. Haib brought fresh rolls and drinks every morning. A big compliment to the best cleaning lady 🧚‍♂️, we’ve never had such a clean holiday apartment. The owner was very accommodating and explained everything in person. We’re already looking forward to staying here again sometime. Best wishes, the Lippert family.

We’ve just come back from a lovely stay at Haus zur Linde. What a beautiful place! We were in apartment 4, which has a wonderful panoramic view. We had a few days at Haus zur Linde in October, and the accommodation, location, and hosts were all fantastic. We hope we can come back soon. If we could give it 10 stars, we would!
