The calm, relaxing atmosphere was lovely, and we felt welcome the whole time. Our clean, quiet room was comfortable, with a soft bed that let us sleep well. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. We really enjoyed staying here. Thanks to everyone for the smiles and great service, we'd love to come again.

The staff's care and dedication stood out, and I felt looked after from start to finish. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Sorat in Cottbus. The rooms, buffet breakfast, and location all earned five stars. Vielen Dank!

I didn't expect to like this hotel so much, right in the city center. The room was cozy and nicely warm, and breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. The reception and breakfast staff were genuinely kind and helpful, which felt natural and meant a lot to me.

The shower door was tiny, didn't close properly, and leaked water everywhere each time. The bed was very hard and the pillows weren't great. Still, this is a lovely little hotel with a nice breakfast, close to the square's shops and restaurants. The rooms are decent, with high ceilings and big windows. Apart from those issues, it was a very nice stay and worth it.

My son and I came to Cottbus for surgery and stayed here afterward. The staff, from reception to the cleaners, were helpful and accommodating throughout. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of restaurants and bars an easy walk away. We ate somewhere different on each of our six nights, and the room was excellent value.
