The booking process was chaotic, with the wrong confirmation sent to us several times. My family and I also found the beds much too small and quite hard. Breakfast felt rather expensive for what we got and the way it was arranged.

We stayed for one night before heading to Helgoland. In the morning, we couldn't get a taxi, but the front desk staff went out of their way to arrange one for us early. Really appreciated the excellent service. Five stars!

A comfortable, easy stay, with friendly reception staff and a solid breakfast.

The parking came with an extra tax to pay. Our room was small, but clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. There wasn't a kettle, though. Staff were polite and friendly, and the coffee at reception was really good. It was a good experience.

I could get a good night's rest because the room was quiet. It was clean, a good size, and had everything I needed. Getting in was easy with the number code, and the welcome at reception was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night, but found it very comfortable.
