It’s lovely and quiet here, and the view from the dike across the bird-filled salt marshes is beautiful. We stayed one night before taking the crossing to Sylt, and Deichhus Nordseeliebe is just a 10-minute drive from Dagebüll harbour.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. It’s right by the dike, making it a great base for cycling or hiking. The ferry terminals are just a short walk away. Perfect for a relaxing stay, and we’d gladly come back anytime.

We stayed in the older building, and the conservatory was especially cozy. It’s also handy for storing bikes, though unfortunately it can’t be locked. Our bathroom could do with an update. We didn’t get around to using the large living room since we were out all day. It was a peaceful, comfortable apartment, and maybe next time we’ll try the newer building 😉.
