The apartment is on the main road, so it can be noisy, even at night, though we found it bearable. We had to pause our conversations at times. The beds and wardrobes seem new, and the beds in the main bedroom are comfortable. The kitchen is usable, but it was dirty from the previous tenant and the rental agency did nothing about it. There were tomato sauce stains on the backsplash, splatters over the extractor hood, and pots with leftover food, maybe sauce. There’s almost no storage for supplies, just a chest of drawers with small drawers. Crumbs were all over the rug under the dining table. Does the cleaning service not have a vacuum? There wasn’t one in the apartment either, so we had to sweep up sand, sugar, salt, and anything else that fell on the floor. The second bedroom has two beds, but one is in an alcove, and I can’t see how you’re supposed to make it. That bed is so unstable I wouldn’t let anyone sleep in it. There was also rubbish left by the previous tenant. The bathroom needed more towel racks and a new shower head. The tiles and grout looked shabby, with black stains. It wasn’t cleaned properly: dirt was under the toilet rim, and the shower, toilet, and floor were not clean. The toilet seat was completely loose, the shower curtain had mildew on it, and the sink faucet was very loose. The washing machine works, but a 22-minute wash costs €1 and the shortest cycle costs €4, which is quite steep. There was no information about the prices by the machine or in the apartment, so we found out by trying it. There was no information about the town or places to visit either. As a family with children, we found the place okay if you clean it thoroughly yourselves and only use it to sleep. There’s very little seating, with two adults squeezed onto the couch, and only three kitchen chairs for four people. Bring toys and other things for the children, as we couldn’t find a play area. The front door sticks and pops open on its own, so it needs to be locked all the way. Parking spaces aren’t marked, and we parked in one hoping it belonged to the house. The garbage bins are unmarked behind the house, and some directions on how to use them would have helped. I hope the landlord is told about the apartment’s condition and the inadequate cleaning. I don’t understand why I’m expected to pay €70 for cleaning.

It’s a nice apartment with a good layout, and it comes with a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and microwave. The main road is nearby, so it gets very noisy during the day. You also need to bring your own bed linen.

A nice apartment, and the furnishings are almost good, except for a few little things!!

Mold and a laughable play area. The place also wasn't as described, and it was anything but quiet, right on Dahme's busiest street. And that's not all.
