A lost place.

Reception really stood out: whenever we had a question or a small request, the team helped quickly, kindly, and competently. They even let us know about roadworks in town before we arrived. We were five, dog included, and our apartment had a sauna, which was ideal for New Year’s Eve. It was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally well equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and a private terrace and sauna. The whole complex and its surroundings are beautifully maintained. The setting is peaceful and close to nature, with a horse paddock, lake, and hiking trails nearby, so it was especially relaxing over New Year. We felt completely at ease and would happily return.

The buffet was excellent and well seasoned, and the hotel and grounds are new, very well kept, and in an idyllic spot. We had a winter team event at 360 Grad hotel with around 24 people, and it could also work for private parties. We started with mulled wine outdoors, did a little team Olympics in the garden, then ate inside. Staff at the hotel, reception, and restaurant were attentive and friendly. The one letdown was the person leading the Olympics. He took it very seriously and his reprimands sometimes took the fun out of it. At a team event, a bit of chaos and some obvious joking cheating are understandable, and none of us taking part was bothered by it, only the staff member. That's why I'm giving the service three stars. Still, it was a really entertaining and lovely evening in Heidesee.

The program was short, and I had a lovely Women's Day celebration at 360 Grad by Teamgeist on March 8th, 2026. A warm, radiant smile greeted me when I came in, then we were shown to our seats with cocktails. The generous buffet had everything I could have wanted.
