What we’ll remember most about Mohren Biohotel is how genuinely kind everyone was. Even with the restaurant fully booked one evening, they brought muesli from the breakfast room for our son because it was his favorite. They also took my wife’s gluten intolerance seriously and made sure she had tasty, safe food. When our son came down with a fever, we had to leave a night early. We told the staff at very short notice, but they didn’t charge us for that extra night or for a late checkout. We’ve never had that happen before. The service, food, and location were all outstanding too. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, including more expensive ones, and none have shown this kind of care and attention. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

The staff are so sincere about making sure you enjoy your time here, and you can taste the care for nature and food in the dishes. It’s always a pleasure to spend time here. Such a lovely experience, five stars!

The waitress did a great job, and the meal was memorable. I had a perfectly medium-rare steak, along with fish in a herb and sage crust that I still remember. The Pouilly Fume wine paired with it beautifully. The restaurant is also listed in the Michelin Guide.

A real hidden gem in beautiful surroundings, away from the usual routes but well worth a visit. The food quality is top notch, with locally produced ingredients and eco-friendly choices wherever possible. Five out of five.
