The room was very clean, with a shower and toilet, and the guesthouse is well kept with everything you need. There's parking, and Netto is an 8-minute walk away. The bus stop is 6 minutes on foot and has service to Dessau; there's also a tram stop nearby. It's a very pleasant, quiet location. You can make food, tea, or coffee in the kitchenette, which has a fridge and microwave. Bed and breakfast is available too. Ms. König is attentive and always happy to answer questions.

We were very disappointed with the room and definitely can't recommend it. The terrace was unusable, still under construction and needing to be finished. The room smelled damp and musty, and moving the bedside tables on wheels to look for outlets revealed a lot of old dirt, but no outlets. We also saw cobwebs on the ceiling while lying in bed watching TV. There was no smoke detector, which is mandatory.

When friends or family need a place at short notice, we can always get in touch with her. The service is top-notch and everyone is super friendly. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is good. Best guesthouse in all of Dessau. Top 👍

Really nice people, and breakfast comes in plenty with lots of variety. You don't often get that. Thumbs up.

The TV is ancient, everything smells musty, and there was construction outside. The stairs were life-threatening.
