The location, spa, and breakfast were the best parts of my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, too, and the breakfast selection was excellent. I might come back for those things. The room got uncomfortably warm, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I could hear both traffic and my neighbors talking, so the rooms are very noise-sensitive. The gym also felt under-equipped for a hotel of this standard. Check-out was messy. They hadn't made sure my payment went through, which left me with extra work afterward. I'd consider staying again, but I hope they improve the soundproofing, temperature control, and payment process.

The beds were comfortable and the service was good. I booked at the last minute while cycling through Germany and was worried about where to park and store our bicycles. The hotel has secure bicycle storage in its garage, so that concern was taken care of. It was reasonably priced, and I'd stop here again.

It's really hard to get in touch with this hotel. They don't answer emails, and on calls they hang up before offering any help. If you call back right after they disconnect, the line is busy. Customer service needs to improve.

The room was clean and the location was quite good, but I was charged twice for my stay. I gave the hotel clear evidence of the duplicate payment and they still refused to refund me. Communication with management was evasive and unhelpful. Be careful with payments. I strongly advise future guests not to use the LUCA app, even if the link comes through Booking.com or WhatsApp. Before checking out, make sure your credit card pre-authorization has been canceled before paying anything extra. If paying double the price doesn't bother you, feel free to book.

The breakfast was great, with continental food, and the room was huge and clean. Service was friendly and good, and the spa is included. The hotel is also conveniently placed, about 5 to 10 minutes on foot from the main station, 10 minutes from the Bauhaus museum, and 15 minutes from the Bauhaus building. My complaint is the hotel's repair and maintenance condition. For what I paid for a 4 star Radisson Blu hotel, I expected it to be modernized more often.
