The rooms were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. We had a family weekend here and were thrilled with the warm welcome. It felt like home right away. Thanks so much again, we'd love to return.

Our ground-floor room opened straight onto the garden through its own patio door, which felt heavenly. The grounds are huge, and our dog was in paradise, free to run around. A fantastic place for all sorts of celebrations, with great service that took care of every wish. Amazing.

The setting by the Elbe River is lovely, but the trains nearby can be quite loud at night with the window open. The tower rooms are functional, though not very large. For a double room this size, the price probably isn't reasonable, and breakfast costs extra.

The venue and atmosphere at the Elbzollhaus are beautiful, and our guests enjoyed the celebration. We got married there at the end of August 2024, and from the first consultation through the detailed planning, the advice was expert and excellent. Our wishes were always taken into account. The buffet breakfast the morning after was a lovely way to end the occasion.
