The owners and female staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel had a warm, family atmosphere. They treated us and our baby kindly. We were there for the ISPO fair, which was only a short walk away. Our room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was very good. The disappointing part came late one evening, around 9 pm. Our newborn is formula-fed, and we needed more bottled water than the complimentary amount. We’d forgotten to buy more during the day, so I took the baby with me to the bar and waited about 20 minutes while the waiter chatted with another guest. When I asked again because the baby was getting upset, he told me to wait and seemed annoyed. The bottle eventually cost €7.50 for 75cl. Even half that would have seemed reasonable, especially since the baby stayed free. Having only such an expensive option for plain mineral water felt excessive.

Our train was cancelled, so we booked the hotel spontaneously for one night. Esme at reception gave us a wonderful welcome, and the staff were so helpful. The room was large and clean, with everything we needed. We’d gladly come back.

Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and the coffee machine was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was neat and very clean, with a large, roomy bathroom that had hand soap and lotion. I would have preferred four large towels instead of two. The hotel is very close to Munich, and I’d book here again.

It was nice to get away from the noise and tourist crowds. The hotel is beautiful, small, and very quiet, with an onsite restaurant. Our spacious room had lovely window views and an authentic German style, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. It’s a short drive to the autobahn, with a shopping mall nearby. There’s a takeout place and a pub across the street, but otherwise not much else around.

The restaurant has some delicious choices, and our room was clean and roomy. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met was kind and gave top-notch service throughout the stay. Hotel Prinzregent and its team are a little gem just outside the city. Dankeschön Prinzeregent! We can’t wait to visit again.
