Our family spent five nights here and would gladly return. The hotel was very well maintained, and our room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Having a kitchenette, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishwasher made the room especially convenient for a family. Breakfast was high quality, with plenty of variety. The location is another plus, with tram and bus stops and supermarkets nearby. I’d highly recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient stay.

Ostbahnhof, the main public transport hub, is only a 5-7 minute walk away. That was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, and it proved very convenient. The lobby’s complimentary coffee and water machine was a thoughtful touch, too. I work in hospitality as an F&B manager at a 5-star resort in Greece, and my impressions are positive. The room was warm, comfortable for our family of three, and generally very clean. Staff in both the restaurant and at the front desk were polite and professional, and breakfast was good and plentiful. A couple of small suggestions: the shower water pressure and temperature could be better, and housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to vacuuming and mopping. Keep up the good work. 👏👏👏

The best part was breakfast, which was really good. The room cleaning was only so-so, and this didn’t feel up to the standard of a four-star hotel. The hotel is very far from the city center. Reception was closed when we arrived, and we waited outside a long time, ringing the bell as the instructions on the doors said. They also took a €30 deposit and told us it would be returned after two days, without explaining why.

The room was large, clean, and quiet enough for me to sleep well. We booked two rooms. One was very clean, but the bathroom in the other looked a bit old, with mold on the tiles, so it may need some renovation. The beds and rooms overall were clean and nice.

Our stay was very bad. The American woman at reception was unpleasant and unprofessional, and the service overall was poor. She charged different security deposits for rooms that were exactly the same, from 350 to 500 euros. That was completely unacceptable. Housekeeping was a disaster too, with rushed, careless cleaning and no attention to detail. After our stay had ended and we were no longer at the hotel, another 800 dirhams was deducted for no clear reason. We spent a significant amount on our vacation and were treated disrespectfully. Hotel staff should treat guests with respect at all times. I hope management investigates this seriously and holds staff, especially the front desk team, more accountable so this doesn’t happen to other guests. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
