Haus Strandnixe

The balcony at apartment 102 was lovely for relaxing, and all the practical extras made things easy: direct access to the beach, parking at the building, and a bicycle storage room. The apartment felt like home for us and our two children. It’s newly renovated, with comfortable, attractive furniture, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Blackout blinds and mosquito nets were a nice comfort, too. We’d happily come back.

We stayed in apartment 105, a very nice place close to the beach. There were lots of children’s books and games, which made it a good fit for families. The kitchen was very well equipped. The parking spaces are tight, though.

Apartment 102 was newly renovated throughout, with a great bathroom and a large shower. The beds were comfortable and high quality, with new mattresses, and the kitchen had everything. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and sturdy mosquito screens on every window and the balcony door meant we could leave them open without mosquitoes getting in. There’s private parking, and the beach is only 200m away. We’ll be back!

We stayed in apartment 301, and it was so noisy that getting any peace was impossible. It starts by 5:30 a.m. with constant traffic to and from the dialysis center in the building. Taxis, cars, and other vehicles keep coming and going, drivers shout and yell, and people often leave engines running. Some diesel vehicles idle for as long as fifteen minutes. The street is extremely loud, and the building has very poor soundproofing. The parking spaces are also very tight and definitely unsuitable for large cars. If the listing had mentioned these conditions, we certainly wouldn’t have booked. We will never rent here again. It’s not even worth one star.
