Hotel Linde

We slept well, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It’s a handy place to start a bike ride along the Donau, with secure storage that was easy to get to. Victor was also very helpful when we arrived late.

We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed both the food and the service. We shared the bolognese and carbonara, and the wine pours were very generous. Our room was spacious and spotless, with an awesome bathroom. The hotel is right in the city center, and they have secure bike parking for people riding along the Danube. Highly recommend.

We liked our stay and the little breakfast spread was nice. We hadn’t been told at check-in when or where breakfast was, so after driving around town looking for somewhere to eat and finding everything closed, we came back and followed the clatter of plates to the buffet. That’s when we realized breakfast was included. Our small room had a balcony.

The whiskey selection at the bar was a fun surprise, and the local beer was good too. The food was FANTASTIC, and the staff were lovely and friendly. I came with several friends, and each room had its own character, quality appliances, and a very comfortable bed. I didn’t expect such big-city hotel hospitality in a quaint little town in Germany’s Black Forrest. Charming place, we’ll definitely be back!
