The location worked really well for me. The station, town center, and little lake called "Überlaufbecken mit moderner Kunst" were about 8-10 minutes away on foot, and the supermarkets were even closer. I spent five months here and found the place clean, well kept, and nicely equipped. There was a kitchenette with cookware and a fridge, plus a washer and dryer in the basement, underground parking, and bicycle storage. I arrived during a difficult time personally, and found a friendly place with support whenever I needed it. The flexible rates, especially for longer stays, were very good too. I'd definitely recommend it. Gut gemacht, Appartement4you :)

The room and the whole building were impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt comfortable during my two weeks here and would happily stay again if I return to Munich. I was here for work and liked being able to cook after the day was over. The room had a little kitchen with a stove, sink, fridge, and microwave, with cookware and cutlery that looked almost new. Supermarkets were close by, so I left my car safely in the underground garage. The train station was a 10-minute walk, and the ride to Munich's main train station took just under 45 minutes, quicker than driving on the highway.

The staff really make an effort to look after guests. When we missed breakfast, they even called to ask whether they could set something aside for us. Fantastic service.

Mr. Wagner handled a problem with the booking machine in a really friendly, personal, and exemplary way. That was much appreciated, and I recommend Appartement4you and would gladly come back. The apartment has an excellent layout, size, and furnishings. After work, the roomy roof terrace made a lovely extension of the living space. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and our towels were changed halfway through our weeklong stay. It would work well for a longer visit too.

The room was modern and well kept, and the service was excellent. For the price, I found it more than satisfactory. I'd definitely recommend this apartment building.
