The balcony looking toward the fortress is gorgeous, and the mix of old-fashioned and modern touches works really well. There are three of us and we’ve felt very at home here. The landlord and his wife have been kind and helpful. We’d happily stay again when we’re in Coburg.

We’d booked the "Vesteblick" holiday apartment for three nights a few days ahead. On arrival day, our infant son suddenly needed urgent hospital care, so we contacted the owners right away and explained what had happened. They called back asking us to pay for all three nights, referring to their terms and conditions. The section they cited says guests can cancel without payment or compensation up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the listed terms begin: cancellations (...) 30 days before arrival, 0%; 5 to 9 days before arrival, 50%;

The Vesteblick apartment was clean and tidy, and it lived up to what was promised. The landlords were friendly and considerate, and the price felt completely fair. I’d gladly come back.

A quiet, cozy place to stay, with landlords who were really friendly.

The apartment’s pretty cluttered, though otherwise it’s fine.
