We were six staying at the guesthouse for the weekend and really enjoyed it. Mrs. Schmitt was lovely, and our rooms were clean and tidy. At breakfast, everything was replenished promptly. Great value for money.

The breakfast had a good variety, and I’d gladly stay again when I’m nearby. I was greeted warmly at this small guesthouse. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the bathroom was small but clean and practical.

Mrs. Schmitt Sr. was very friendly, and breakfast was fine, with everything you need. The price for what you get is still acceptable. The rooms and bathroom are functional, and there’s a rather romantic courtyard, though you reach the accommodation by a staircase after a small dining room. Finding the place isn’t immediate: from outside you might drive past, and the old village streets are narrow and winding. Parking is limited, so you have to use any free spot on the street.

Even in midsummer, when it’s hot outside, it stays pleasantly cool here on the farm. We only stayed one night, but felt at home. The welcome was friendly, and breakfast the next morning was perfectly fine, with plenty left over ;)

We stayed here as a group of four in the summer of 2014, and came away with only good things to say. The hosts were very friendly, and the accommodation was more than adequate for the price. Breakfast was perfectly fine too. If you need somewhere to stay in this region, this is a great choice.
