NH Dortmund

The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. We stayed three nights with our young child, and the room was spotless and just right when we arrived. It got quite warm at night, and the A/C didn't seem to work, but they quickly brought us a fan. The location is handy for getting around. My only issue was the area itself: we didn't feel safe walking around after dark, and my husband, who smokes, didn't feel safe going out at night. That's not the hotel's fault, and it can be a problem in many cities, especially so close to the train station.

The suite made a real difference: it was spacious, modern, and laid out with a separate living area and bedroom, so it felt more like an apartment. The bed was excellent, and the hotel stayed quiet and restful despite being right in central Dortmund. Shops, restaurants, and key sights are all within walking distance. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with options for a light meal or a fuller start, and the dining area was clean and relaxed. I had a comfortable, convenient stay at the NH Hotel Dortmund and would happily book again.

Prices felt very reasonable for the quality, and I was impressed by how spacious, cozy, and comfortable the rooms were. Even the smaller shower was surprisingly calming. I'd recommend NH Hotel Dortmund and would gladly return next time I'm in Dortmund.

Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and the central location made it easy to get around. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, just right for unwinding after a long day. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, everything felt professional and genuine, and the friendly staff made the stay feel special. I highly recommend NH Dortmund and will happily come back! ✨
