The peaceful setting and friendly hospitality made this a lovely two-week stay at Xenon. The host was kind, welcoming and quick to help whenever I needed something. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized, and the location was just right. What I found there matched the description. It really did feel like a home away from home. Thanks for such a great experience. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly stay.

For a trip to Frankfurt, this is my first choice. I've stayed in plenty of hostels, and this one felt the most welcoming. The rooms were very clean and tidy too. 👍👍👍

I spent a month here and was surprised by how decent a hostel could be. The management always tries to do what it can to keep guests happy, though there's room to improve, especially the wall thickness. I can say no other hostel offers this kind of treatment to people who chose to stay here.

‼️SCAMMM‼️ I booked a single room a month ahead, but when I arrived to check in they told me there was no room available. They didn't seem concerned about us at all. I wasn't the only one, either; other people with me had the same problem. There was also a girl complaining that a guy was wandering around and acting weird. I wouldn't recommend booking here at all. The place hadn't even been on Google Maps until a couple of days earlier. Such terrible management.

I've stayed there several times. The staff are very friendly, the prices are cheap, and it's close to a shopping center.
