The location is perfect, and the room has everything, though it could be in better shape and isn't especially fancy. Breakfast was very good, but served at another hotel 250 meters away. It would have been more convenient to get there by elevator from our room. After our first of three nights, we asked for different pillows. The ones provided should be replaced, but we were told they were all the same and nobody made an effort to help. That was disappointing, and the staff member wasn't very nice either. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location couldn't be better. The owner was very kind and shared recommendations across the city. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dresden!

Breakfast was in a separate building, just a three-minute walk away, and it was well worth going over. The all-you-can-eat buffet had lots of delicious choices. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, and we'd happily return on our next trip to Dresden. Udo greeted us warmly when we arrived and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His restaurant suggestions and tips on what to see in Dresden were really helpful, and his friendly, accommodating manner set a high bar for hospitality.

We booked late for a one-night stay, but our key was ready in about seven minutes. Apart from the bathroom, everything was okay. It had an unpleasant smell, kind of like dirt, though I can't describe it exactly.

We had everything we needed in this very well-equipped flat, and the location was fantastic.
