Late checkout wasn’t available, even at 10 a.m. on a Saturday. The cancellation fees are also extremely high, which felt unreasonable in 2022 for dates that would surely be rented out again. Customer service was completely unacceptable. They’re just after the money. Stay away.

Alaune RED is modern, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and everything else we needed. Shops and trams are easy to reach from this great location. Highly recommended.

The Neustadt location is excellent, and the apartment was clean with modern furnishings. I especially liked having two balconies: one looking onto the courtyard and the other facing Alaunpark. Both are lovely spots to sit and watch what’s going on.

The nice furnishings don’t make up for the noise. Students nearby were loud all night, and on weekends punks drink and play loud music right by the park. What a shame. There are definitely better places to stay.

The apartment was very clean, with good amenities, and it’s in a good location.
