The staff were kind and accommodating, and the rooms felt cozy with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is right by a bus stop that goes straight to the city center. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it.

The room was quiet, perfectly fine, and clean overall. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were friendly. There were several mold stains in the shower that really need to be removed.

6/10
The location is good, quite close to the city center, and the reception staff were friendly. Parking is available in the underground garage or on the street. We hadn’t been told that renovations had turned practically half the hotel into a construction site, so the elevator wasn’t working. Our room wasn’t very clean either: the laminate flooring by the entrance felt sticky and even sounded sticky when we walked on it. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, either.

10/10
The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, polite, and professional. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but the selection was unusually varied, and there was a great range of bread. The room was unusually large and comfortable for the price. You can park outside for free, though the tram is a bit of a walk away. The location is okay. The bathroom was the real blemish: the grout was black and moldy, and there were stains on the ceiling.

10/10
The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was sufficient, with food constantly replenished. The coffee was really tasty. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right by the hotel. The room was sparse in its furnishings, but had a modern style and was very clean. Everything was great, and I recommend it without hesitation.
