The apartment looks modern and lovely inside, although from the outside you wouldn't expect a basement apartment. But comfort was completely undermined by a strong mold problem. You couldn't see it, but the smell was unmistakable and lingered even after airing the place out for hours. I'm not usually very sensitive to mold; normally the smell is unpleasant, but that's all. Here, I developed breathing problems and sometimes lost my voice completely. Unfortunately, the landlady was entirely uncooperative.

Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the apartment had free private parking. It's quiet, about a 10-minute drive from central Dresden, and comes with all the appliances you need, including a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. The rooms also have individual temperature controls in winter. Clean, modern, spacious, and in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommended.

It took us about half an hour to walk to the city center, since the holiday home with several apartments sits on the edge of the city park rather than in a central location. Our first-floor apartment was spacious, beautiful, and clean, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. We had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The city center is easy to reach, and Großer Garten (Great Garden) is nearby. The apartment was lovely and very clean. Highly recommend it 👍
