The apartment is fine and has all the essentials, with a bakery, Netto supermarket, and tram stop nearby. On these streets the underground parking is indispensable. It’s a quiet neighborhood with an alternative feel, though it’s a shame to see graffiti all over the renovated facades 😖.

This ground-floor apartment is well equipped. It’s in a residential building in Dresden’s Neustadt district.

A surprisingly lovely, very clean apartment in an alternative area.
