I booked a week ahead and was first told late check-in would work through a lock box, but no other details were provided. When I asked the day before arrival, I was told to find somewhere else to stay. Canceling would have cost 80% of the original price, and the host was unhelpful and unwilling to discuss cancellation options. It seems they value customers only when it suits them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A lovely breakfast with thoughtful details, and the place was clean and quiet. It’s great value and worked perfectly for a stopover.

We felt very well looked after and were really satisfied. The breakfast had a good range of choices, and dinner was delicious, freshly made, and served quickly. Our room was large and clean, and we got a very friendly welcome. It was quick and easy to get here by tram from Dresden Central Station. The next morning we took a taxi to the airport, just a five-minute ride, so everything worked out perfectly. A great place to stay, and we highly recommend this guesthouse.

The rustic feel made the stay especially nice, and the price was great for what we got. Booking a triple room the day before was easy, too. We were welcomed warmly and shown to a spotless room. The whole place was very clean.
