I never stayed at the hotel, but I still want to comment on its service. I tried to reserve through booking.com, and my card was rejected. I provided two more cards, which the hotel also said were invalid, then it canceled the reservation without explaining why. I used those same cards to book two other hotels in the same city for the same dates. The hotel claimed it had proof the cards were invalid, but that was a lie. This is absurd. For some reason I don’t know, the hotel deliberately rejected my cards, then canceled the reservation without a word after my third attempt to provide another one.

I’d never used a key system this seamless before, and it worked well. Great experience. It would help if the room locations were described better, though. I ended up trying my luck to find them, but got there.

The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was very nice and well located. We stayed for a few days and would definitely come back soon.

Free parking is available, but spaces are limited, so it’s first come, first served. The location, room, and price were great, and I’d still recommend the place if you want to be near the city center. I can’t say much for the front desk staff, though. At check-in the card reader wasn’t working properly, and the desk staff didn’t seem to know how to handle it. We were charged twice, but got the money back quickly.

The person serving breakfast was really nice, but communication with the rest of the staff was underwhelming. When we arrived, nobody told us where the rooms were, and there was no one in charge around. Reception closes very early, and after that there’s nobody there. We couldn’t heat water or have a coffee.
