The breakfast was tasty and fairly priced, and the staff were friendly and professional. Getting around was easy thanks to the good location and public transport access. My only gripe was not having a kettle in the room for tea or coffee.

The location was the one good part. The room looked poor, and the services and amenities didn't justify the price. We had a room for three, but the blanket couldn't reasonably be shared by two people. There was also an annoying LED panel above the bed that couldn't be turned off. Breakfast was a poor selection, with no fruit or dessert. The vegetables seemed as low quality as possible, with no taste or color and an artificial feel. I booked for 123 euros including taxes and fees, but on arrival they asked me to pay an additional city tax, despite the booking clearly saying everything was included in that amount. Paying 130 euros for this experience and so little service was unacceptable.

The staff were friendly, and I really liked the scent of the body wash and shampoo. The tram stop is right in front, which is very convenient. The pillows smelled bad and were noisy, though. Apart from that, it was what you'd expect from a budget hotel.

I came from Hungary with my family, and as someone who enjoys traveling, I loved having a room overlooking the street. You can watch the trams, pedestrians, and busy road, with church rooftops in the distance that I haven't really seen elsewhere. The hotel is on a lively street, and the trams run all night, so there's some noise. Breakfast is the only meal offered, and it was sufficient. There's no checkout process or card, just a four-digit code for each room.
