The host was very welcoming, and breakfast was great. It's a simple budget hotel in a generally quiet place and neighborhood. You might hear the tram pass the building, but it wasn't a big deal. There's traditional Saxon-style dinner available in the evening. The tram goes straight to the city center, and the airport is nearby by bus.

The hotel room was clean and neat, and the reception was accommodating. It's near the airport and local transport, with all kinds of food options around.

The staff were very kind, and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean too. Trams, buses, and trains connect to the city center, about a 20-minute ride away, while the S Bahn 2 gets to the airport very quickly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was good. We had a bad experience at reception, though, and arranging to leave before breakfast for an early train was difficult. If you don't speak German well, you may have a hard time.

We didn't stay overnight, but we will next time we're in Dresden. The beer was fantastic and the service really friendly. Public transport is close by, and the airport is nearby too.
