The room was a decent size for one person, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It’s a little way from the city centre, but still convenient enough for getting around. A great choice if you’re passing through Dresden and expect to spend most of the day sightseeing.

For €100 a night, the value is fair, though I wouldn’t pay more. The hotel is well located near the new train station, with good underground parking for €20 a day, and it’s a good city base for exploring. It’s very dog-friendly, which was a plus for us. The room was very small, even by European standards, with no safe, kettle, coffee machine, or proper wardrobe, just an open hanger. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a few days unless you’re travelling very light. Reception staff were friendly but seemed inexperienced. They didn’t mention breakfast, explain the Wi-Fi, or offer tips for the city, and check-in and check-out felt rushed. We’d arranged a late checkout at check-in, but our key wasn’t updated and stopped working at noon on checkout day, so we had to go back to reception. Each of these details is minor on its own, but a bit more training could make the stay smoother and more enjoyable.

The team were so kind, and everything was clean, comfortable, and stylish. We had a special weekend in Dresden, and finding a cute handwritten note in our room was such a lovely welcome. This stay was definitely part of what made the weekend great 🫶

The stay was pretty standard. My room was quiet, but really cramped. The location didn’t feel ideal for tourists, since most attractions are in the historic part of town. You’ll need to bike or take the tram to get there, which is a bit inconvenient.
