The rooms have plenty of space and are well equipped. Everything was clean, apart from a few small stains. Breakfast is flexible, both in what you can choose and when you have it. I also find the price fair compared with some overpriced hotels. I always like coming back, and tram 7 stops right outside, so getting around by public transport is easy.

The hostess made us feel very welcome, and the old house has a cozy, charming feel. It had what we needed for a short stay, though the furnishings are dated. The linens looked old, the pillows were quite hard, and the mattresses felt worn and uneven. We only stayed one night and left early, so we skipped breakfast. Still, it worked well enough for an overnight stop, and I enjoyed the stay.

The windows are so good that you can barely hear the tram. For €3.60, it takes you straight to the Old Town or city center. Prager Straße isn't worth the trip, though, so you can skip it. The landlady puts so much care into welcoming guests, even those staying just one night. Breakfast was divine, with lots of thoughtful touches. She clearly loves her work. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night, but have saved the address and will book again and recommend it. The villa's style carries through to the charming, clean rooms, and the landlady gave us such a warm welcome 🫶. She also served a wonderful breakfast. Public transport is very convenient. Thanks! ☺️

Everything was spot on: a very fair rate with breakfast included, and I was welcomed in person as soon as I arrived.
