We had an apartment-style room with the children. It was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The hotel is on a quiet street, close to restaurants, shops, and the main bridge.

The Christmas treats, a biscuit and some chocolate in the room, were such a thoughtful touch. Everything was very tidy, and the staff made us feel at home with their warm, friendly welcome. We spent one night at Hotel Martha, and the rooms were beautifully designed. It was a memorable stay, and if I’m in Dresden again, I’ll definitely choose it.

The room was very basic and at street level, with noise from outside. There was no WiFi and no facilities such as a fridge or kettle for drinks, and the staff weren’t very helpful. The location is good, between the railway station and the city center. I stayed two nights and would have been better off staying just one.

The building survived the destruction in World War II, and it’s on a peaceful street with a backyard where you can have breakfast. The people were friendly. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were very clean. Just remember to leave your keys at reception when you head out.
